In their model, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value are everything, and right now CRM is the single biggest lever they have. They're hiring their first dedicated CRM owner to take hold of it. This is a standalone, hands‑on role with real autonomy: you won't manage a team at the outset, you'll build the function, with a view to growing a team around you as the UK presence scales.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full CRM and lifecycle programme across email, SMS, push and in‑app.
- Drive retention, reactivation and LTV growth across a large, fast‑growing customer base.
- Design segmentation, automation and customer journeys built on data rather than guesswork.
- Run continuous testing and optimisation, with clear reporting on what is actually moving the numbers.
- Partner closely with performance marketing, product and data.
The ideal candidate
- Has a strong track record in senior CRM or lifecycle roles in a high‑volume, high‑frequency B2C environment.
- Brings hands‑on expertise with a modern CRM and messaging platform (Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent).
- Is confident with segmentation, automation, A/B testing and the analytics behind retention and LTV.
- Thrives in a business that moves and changes daily.
- Combines sharp commercial instincts with real attention to detail.
