We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Wealth Adviser to join a modern, forward‑thinking wealth management firm in a senior Associate Director & Adviser position. This role offers the chance to work closely with Directors and lead relationships with HNW and UHNW private clients, delivering sophisticated planning and high‑touch service.
Key Highlights of the Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value private clients (£1m–£10m+ AUM)
- Partner with Directors on complex planning cases and advanced client strategy
- Deliver holistic wealth planning across investment strategy, pensions, tax, estate/IHT, trusts, and intergenerational planning
- Contribute to investment discussions with DFMs and internal investment teams
- Maintain a high‑standard private‑client service environment with a strong relationship‑led approach
- Influence operational standards and help evolve the client proposition
- Clear long‑term progression opportunities, including future leadership and potential equity participation
Qualifications
- Level 4 Diploma required; Level 6/Chartered advantageous
- Strong background advising HNW individuals within wealth management, financial planning, or private banking
- Deep technical understanding across pensions, tax planning, investments, trusts, and estate planning
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in managing sophisticated clients
