They are now looking to hire their first dedicated Partner Recruiter to take ownership of growing their fee-share / consultant partner model.

The Role
  • Lead the recruitment of self-employed / consultant lawyers into the firm.
  • Build and manage a consistent, proactive talent pipeline.
  • Represent the firm professionally in conversations with senior lawyers.
  • Shape the partner recruitment process and strategy from day one.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience recruiting in one of the following: Fee-share / consultant / self-employed partner models (legal or professional services), Franchisee or licensee recruitment, Practice growth or senior-level talent acquisition in a partnership environment.
  • You’ll need strong relationship-building ability, commercial judgement, and confidence speaking with senior professionals. This is consultative recruitment, not transactional.
