What will you do as a Project Manager? You will oversee full-cycle ERP implementations, leveraging 5+ years of experience delivering ERP projects, preferably within a Microsoft Partner environment. Your role includes detailed project planning, task coordination, risk management, and maintaining consistent, transparent communication with all project participants. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) is a strong advantage. You will also contribute to internal team development by mentoring consultants, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices across projects.

  • 5+ years of proven experience leading ERP implementation projects
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner is highly desirable
  • D365 Business Central (D365BC) experience is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of customer engagement
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Solid commercial awareness, balancing profitability with delivering customer value
  • Knowledge of the construction sector is a bonus
