Burton Recruitment is delighted to partner with a multi-award-winning independent financial planning firm seeking an experienced compliance professional to oversee their entire compliance function. This is a standalone compliance position offering the opportunity to take full ownership of the compliance framework within a respected and growing organisation.
You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence, managing compliance procedures, and providing strategic compliance guidance across the business. This is a pure compliance role with no advisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on your compliance expertise.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a qualified compliance professional who holds (or is working towards) SMF16 or SMF17 certification. You will have a proven track record within financial services compliance, specifically with experience in the independent financial advice sector.
