Internal Business Development Manager Our client, a market leading corporate services provider with an exceptional reputation, are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are seeking a talented and highly motivated Internal Business Development Manager with a passion for managing inbound B2B sales enquiries, converting leads generated by marketing, and chasing up proposals to bring in new clients, to join their successful established team This role sits at the heart of the business — a bridge between Marketing and Client Services — and requires someone with both commercial sharpness and exceptional follow-up discipline. Respond to inbound B2B sales leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and social channels. Promote the business professionally through LinkedIn messaging and profile engagement. Maintain accurate notes, status updates, and pipeline visibility in our CRM system. Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and with Client Services to ensure a smooth handover. Consistently meet or exceed monthly new client acquisition targets. You must also have a high level of commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the drive and determination to be successful in this role
