Head of Marketing

Fylde Coast (hybrid)

A rare in-house Head of Marketing role leading the marketing function across a portfolio of distinctive consumer brands.

This is a senior, strategic appointment reporting into the principal, with the remit to connect the dots across the group, set the marketing agenda for each brand, and build a high-performing in-house function.

The Role Set and own the marketing strategy across the brand portfolio, working closely with project leads to advise where investment should sit and what outcomes it should deliver.

Build out an in-house team with the autonomy to shape the function as you see fit.

Lead activity across paid, organic, content, brand, CRM, social, and partnerships.

Provide marketing leadership on major upcoming projects, including pre-launch campaigns.

Present each initiative as a commercial business case, with clarity on spend, return, and rationale.

About You You will be an inspiring marketing leader with a track record of building, developing, and retaining strong teams.

You will have proven content credentials, with examples of work you can point to directly, and a demonstrable track record on social‑led brand building.

You will be data‑driven without being a slave to dashboards, comfortable caveating and contextualising numbers with brand and commercial judgement.

You will have operated across multiple consumer‑facing brands at the same time.

You will be commercially mature, comfortable presenting to a principal, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where each project stands on its own business case.
