Overview

I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing, technology-driven law firm that is redefining how senior lawyers operate. Built as a next-gen fee-share law firm platform, the business is scaling rapidly and is now looking for someone to take full ownership of their fee-share lawyer recruitment function.

This is a commercial, high-impact position focused on attracting and converting high-calibre lawyers with existing client followings. You will be responsible for owning, building, and scaling the entire fee-share lawyer acquisition function, targeting high-calibre partners and senior lawyers (£200K–£750K+ books) with an established client base. The position focuses on attracting lawyers to a platform that offers a modern, fee-share model which combines genuine autonomy with strong financial incentives, supported by a collaborative referral network, high-quality back-office infrastructure, and best-in-class technology and AI.

The role offers genuine ownership of a critical function in a high-impact, commercially driven environment, with access to strong tools, tech and infrastructure, and clear targets with huge growth potential.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of fee-share lawyer recruitment strategy and delivery
  • Build a repeatable, scalable acquisition engine
  • Target and engage high-billing lawyers (Corporate, Commercial Litigation, etc.)
  • Proactively headhunt from competitors
  • Drive high-volume, high-quality hiring
  • Target: 7 fee-share consultants / partners per month
  • Design and implement A/B testing on outreach and messaging
  • Recent experience recruiting Partner-level legal talent at high volume
  • Proven ability to build pipelines and convert senior candidates
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Experience designing and implementing recruitment processes, systems, and funnels
  • Commercial mindset – understands revenue, not just hiring
