We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business looking to appoint a commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and develop a portfolio of strategic customers within the ERP / SaaS space. This is a high-impact role focused on building long-term client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

The Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives
  • Lead commercial conversations, renewals, and growth opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software and services
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
