Due to our wonderful Practice Manager moving into retirement following 20 years with the company, we are looking for an experienced people-focused dual or single site, Practice Manager. This role will be leading our friendly & experienced teams in our beautiful practices in Swadlincote (South Derbyshire) and/or Burton-on-Trent. This role can be considered on either a full-time or part-time basis, so get in touch and let us know what works for you!
2 x part-time (3 days per week) at either Beaufort Dental Practice, Burton-on-Trent or Hughes & Owen Dental Care, Swadlincote. Or 1 x full-time Monday - Friday, dual site role supporting both practices.
Hours: 26 - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Competitive hourly rate: £18 per hour in line with experience
Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management.
Beaufort Dental practice is a private, well-equipped 3 surgery practice offering implants, whitening, smile makeovers, facial aesthetics with free team parking on site. Hughes & Owen Dental Care is a private 5 surgery practice offering a range of treatments including Invisalign, implants & whitening, with free team parking on site.
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

- A practice/clinic Manager role in Dentistry or similar area of healthcare
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
