Some of your duties will include:

  • Organising next day deliveries for both domestic and international customers

  • Arranging the sale and secure transportation of all shipments to customers requirements

  • Producing all documentation, despatch notes, invoices, Airway Bills etc for customers when required

  • Ensuring shipments are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and KPIs

  • Liaising with freight agents and couriers to arrange the collection of shipments

  • Providing customers with details of Airway bills and any other relevant documentation
