Some of your duties will include:

Carrying out all air export or import administration operational tasks in an efficient manner

Handling customer order requests efficiently and setting up details on computer system

Completing all types of customs paperwork for both import and export shipments

Working closely with the Warehouse and Transport Departments to co-ordinate the despatch of orders

Ensuring financial processes are followed and raising client invoices prior to despatch
