Overview

One of our favourite clients are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their established accounts team. If you have the skills and experience needed for this role it will be an excellent career move for you.

Responsibilities

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the day to day management of the sales ledger function
  • Inputting sales invoices onto client account and ensuring they are despatched promptly
  • Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing payment reports
  • Checking bank statements on a daily basis to identify payments received
  • Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved
  • Assisting with credit control function and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
