- Managing customer sales orders from instigation stage through to completion
- Liaising extensively with Sales Consultants, customers and finance companies
- Dealing with all aspects of the sales and providing an excellent level of service
- Preparing order confirmations and processing lease finance applications for customers
- Liaising with the despatch team, allocating stock and arranging customer deliveries
- Taking sales enquiry calls and distributing sales leads to consultants
