Overview

This is a great opportunity for a hardworking Receptionist with secretarial skills to join a thriving local business. The role would suit someone who is easily motivated and able to represent the organisation in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk, greeting visitors to the company and completing visitors book
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with general enquiries
  • Carrying out day-to-day administrative requirements for the senior management team
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Maintaining client database records and updating information held when needed
  • Receiving parcels and deliveries, franking outgoing post and arranging special deliveries
