Responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk, greeting visitors to the company and completing visitors book
- Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with general enquiries
- Carrying out day-to-day administrative requirements for the senior management team
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentations
- Maintaining client database records and updating information held when needed
- Receiving parcels and deliveries, franking outgoing post and arranging special deliveries
