If you have an LLM or LPC qualification and some experience of general law, then this position for a Paralegal Assistant will be perfect for you. Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support for a team of qualified Solicitors
  • Dealing with residential/commercial conveyancing, immigration, family, and employment law
  • Preparing a wide range of legal documentation including witness statements
  • Coordinating client meetings and attending when needed to take instructions
  • Liaising extensively with clients, other Solicitors, and Counsel in relation to client cases
  • Attending Court when needed to support the legal team and take notes during hearings
