If you are an experienced HR Advisor and are seeking a responsible role with a progressive and very successful organisation.Some of your duties will include:
- Providing day to day HR advice and support to Managers and employees on all HR matters
- Work wit Line Managers to manage end to end recruitment process continuing through probation period
- Overseeing HR compliance right to work checks, references and DBS checks
- Maintaining accurate and up to date staff records ensuring all changes are recorded
- Handling ER issues dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases
- Ensuring HR processes and procedures are in line with legal requirements
