This growing local organisation, established for many years, is currently seeking a confident and enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing quality analytic reports to enable the improvement of service provided to customers.
- Producing reliable and accurate information within tight timescales for the management team.
- Collecting, manipulating, and analysing data to meet corporate information requirements.
- Producing reports in various formats, including Excel spreadsheets, graphs, and charts, on a weekly basis.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the overall quality of service currently provided.
- Investigating data discrepancies and validating and quality checking data used in compiling reports.
