If you have strong organisational skills and are looking for a challenging position then this Administrative Assistant role could be perfect for you. Some of your duties will include: Assisting with day-to-day operations and activities in the Bookings Department Monitoring school runs and communicating any delays to Service Department users Overseeing school/booking emails for any cancellations and informing route drives Ensuring that database and record systems are up to date and accurate Checking that all bookings are covered and drivers paperwork is prepared Making sure vehicles allocated are properly preparing in relation to seating and equipment Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
