If you are a strong administrator with experience in preparing staff wages, this role as a Wages Clerk may be suitable for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Reporting to the Payroll Manager and assisting with producing client payrolls.
- Supporting the production of staff payrolls for 90+ business clients.
- Liaising extensively with clients to collate payroll data.
- Setting up new starters on the system and processing leaver documentation.
- Processing holiday and sickness payments on behalf of clients.
- Preparing payroll data and forwarding it to the Payroll Agency for processing.
