If you are a strong administrator with experience in preparing staff wages, this role as a Wages Clerk may be suitable for you.

Some of your duties will include:

  1. Reporting to the Payroll Manager and assisting with producing client payrolls.
  2. Supporting the production of staff payrolls for 90+ business clients.
  3. Liaising extensively with clients to collate payroll data.
  4. Setting up new starters on the system and processing leaver documentation.
  5. Processing holiday and sickness payments on behalf of clients.
  6. Preparing payroll data and forwarding it to the Payroll Agency for processing.
