This is a brilliant opportunity for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to support a team of dynamic Solicitors in a very established local firm. You will be required to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support and assist the team with their day-to-day tasks.Some of your duties will include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for three Partners specialising in conveyancing
- Typing a wide range of legal documentation as well as correspondence and Land Registry reports
- Managing busy diary schedules, coordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries from clients, other Solicitors and Lenders
- Opening files for new clients, updating details as cases progress and archiving completed case notes
- Monitoring the billing process, recording time used by the team and raising client invoices
