Some of your duties will include:
- Troubleshooting incidents reported from instigation stage through to completion
- Providing application support including installation, configuration and upgrading
- Managing SQL performance issues – SQL Server – and resolving all matters
- Supporting numerous applications on mixed Windows/Linux Server platforms
- Dealing with some Linux/Unix systems administration – Redhat and CentOS
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing network/infrastructure issues – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Firewall
