If you are a good all-round Finance Assistant, you should consider this role with a very innovative and progressive organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the finance function
- Raising sales invoices and allocating payments received to clients\’ accounts
- Matching purchase orders with supplier invoices and allocating nominal codes
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing timely cheque and BACs payments
- Assisting with the calculation and preparation of the quarterly VAT return
- Completing monthly reconciliation of bank account and credit card statements
