If you have worked in the education sector and have coordinated student exams, then this role for an Examination Officer could be right for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the Curriculum and Funding Manager to ensure the Examinations Department adheres to rules and regulations.
- Training Invigilators/staff to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements.
- Ensuring the MIS system is the primary source for examination data and recording information efficiently.
- Assisting with ensuring students are registered as candidates as required by awarding bodies.
- Ensuring correct examination papers/materials are on site in advance of examinations.
- Organising examination venues and ensuring students, staff, and Invigilators are aware of arrangements.
