Customer Service Advisor

2. Responding to incoming enquiries, out-bound calls, emails and live chat
3. Handling a range of enquiries relating to specialist insurance products
4. Providing quotations for customers in order to secure new business
5. Securing policy renewals and working to maximise retention rates
6. Processing mid-term adjustments and cross-selling other relevant products
