Some of your duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries in relation to products provided
- Liaising extensively with corporate clients and members of the general public
- Providing information, advice, and guidance on products that are provided
- Establishing clients\’ requirements and preparing verbal and written quotations
- Managing orders received from clients and setting up details on the computer system
- Tracking orders received from the instigation point through to successful delivery
