Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Business Operations Manager with the day-to-day management of the office.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to the relevant staff office member.
- Providing support to the senior leadership team, arranging meetings, and organising refreshments.
- Helping with HR functions including maintaining accurate stock records.
- Organising corporate events, team building days, and staff training days.
- Maintaining adequate stationery and office supplies and placing orders with suppliers.
