A Trainee Wages Clerk is required to join a very respected local Company and help with the management of their busy payroll function. Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day to day administration and management of the wages function
- Processing wages for individuals working mainly on a weekly hourly paid basis
- Collating weekly payroll information for individuals and inputting details on the computer system
- Registering new starters on the system and processing leaver documentation, dealing with P45 and P46 documentation
- Preparing wage information, printing wage slips and producing detailed payroll reports
- Managing any payroll queries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully resolved
