Some of your duties will include:
- Registering new service users and providing information on services provided
- Providing service users with information and advice on welfare services available
- Advising on welfare benefits, community care, local services and health support
- Liaising with service users face to face, over the telephone and by email
- Advising, supporting and assisting service users on preparing emergency plans
- Co-ordinating home visits for service users and completing relevant documentation
