Some of your duties will include:
- Providing an excellent customer service and maintaining sales reports on all shipments
- Administering the imports of goods for clients from worldwide destinations
- Processing import documentation and obtaining customer revenue paperwork
- Monitoring all shipments to ensure client timeframes are achieved
- Dealing with transport issues that arise and ensure all matters are resolved
- Keeping clients informed of status of orders and any delays forecast
