Training Academy Role Machining
Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
Responsibilities
- Teach and assess learners in the workplace/training academy.
- Conduct 10‑12 weekly tripartite progress reviews with apprentices and their employers.
- Recruit, mentor and support learners throughout their journey.
- Coordinate with employers/partner organisations to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Engage in marketing and recruitment initiatives.
- Contribute to subject development and curriculum enhancement.
- Conduct final course assessments as appropriate.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the college.
- Participate in programme reviews and evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal verification and moderation processes.
Qualifications
