Training Academy Role Machining

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess learners in the workplace/training academy.
  • Conduct 10‑12 weekly tripartite progress reviews with apprentices and their employers.
  • Recruit, mentor and support learners throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate with employers/partner organisations to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Engage in marketing and recruitment initiatives.
  • Contribute to subject development and curriculum enhancement.
  • Conduct final course assessments as appropriate.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the college.
  • Participate in programme reviews and evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal verification and moderation processes.

Qualifications

Applicants must be qualified or willing to meet Level 2 English and Maths requirements. Experience in training or apprenticeship management preferred.
