Working with our friendly, professional and busy Management Information Services team, this role is pivotal in providing leadership and management of a highly efficient and effective examinations service; processing examination, registration and outcomes related data in accordance with Awarding Organisation and JCQ regulations.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced exams officer who is ready to take the next step in their career and manage a variety of assessment boards ensuring that all examinations related data is recorded and maintained in the College's management information system accurately and timely. They will take an active role in developing and maintaining a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, supporting the Assistant Exams Manager, MIS administrators for Exams and the Lead Invigilator and their Invigilators. Experience of working with EBS and the Pro Suite solutions would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided. There is a strong emphasis on sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues who wish to improve their knowledge in this area. You should feel comfortable communicating with people across all levels of the College and working with minimum supervision. Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
