What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Apprenticeship team as a Business and Leadership Trainer. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of business leaders by delivering high-quality, engaging training that blends academic learning with real-world application.
You’ll have a strong background in business, management, or leadership, ideally with experience in coaching or training within a workplace or educational setting. You’ll be confident in designing and delivering apprenticeship programmes that meet industry standards and inspire learners to reach their full potential.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a deep understanding of business operations, leadership principles, and organisational development.
- Can build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues to support learner progress.
- Is committed to continuous improvement and staying up to date with apprenticeship standards and sector developments.
- Brings energy, creativity, and a learner-focused approach to teaching and mentoring.
- Holds relevant qualifications in business or leadership (and ideally a teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards one).
