Who are we looking for?

We are seeking to appoint a CIPD teacher to train individuals who want to develop their HR skills through a part-time, flexible delivery model. The Level 3 CIPD course will be delivered through weekly sessions every Wednesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. You will be passionate about inspiring learners to achieve their Level 3 CIPD qualification, drawing on your own experience and knowledge of HR.

The ideal candidate will deliver a flexible learning approach, advising, teaching, guiding, and supporting learners throughout the programme via group sessions and one-to-one support. You will be confident delivering in a classroom environment with groups of 10-20 learners, and able to use technology to support learner engagement where appropriate. You will also liaise with learners by email and telephone to support them in achieving the learning outcomes for the qualification.

You should hold Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, a degree or equivalent, or a professional or vocational qualification in HR, and have an understanding of how adults learn. You will be able to promote adult learning through live sessions, digital platforms, and telephone support. You should also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
