Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a Job Coach to support our Supported Interns in their academic learning and the development of employability skills.
You will be responsible for class management at our local host site, Conkers visitor centre, with occasional work at other host sites as required.
The ideal candidate will have SEND knowledge, strong communication and behavioural management skills, and be prepared to prioritise workloads in a flexible, student-centered environment.
