Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable lecturer to join our outstanding team to teach on the T-Level in Health course. This role is ideal for an experienced FE practitioner or a health and social care professional with a passion for education and learner development. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting learners to achieve both academic success and industry readiness. You will be responsible for planning, preparing and assessing learning in line with awarding body and T Level requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge relevant to the T Level in Health, including:

  • Structure of health and healthcare services
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulation, policies and professional standards within health and social care settings (e.g. safeguarding, GDPR, equality, person-centred care)
  • Understanding of ethical practice, roles and responsibilities within the sector
  • An understanding of adult nursing, midwifery, mental health, care of children, and therapy teams
  • Familiarity with T Level delivery, including employer-set projects, synoptic assessment, and industry placements

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
