The team is looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to work with some of its leading global technology brands (opportunities to work for B2B and consumer). The role involves working on media relations, network coordination and account management to reach primarily the B2B audiences.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a trusted senior day-to-day client partner, providing clear strategic counsel and building a strong understanding of client objectives, industry context and business priorities.
- Lead the development of compelling B2B technology narratives and campaigns, translating complex topics into sharp, newsworthy storytelling that drives cut-through.
- Oversee day-to-day account delivery, ensuring all activity is executed smoothly, on time, on brief, and to a consistently high standard of quality.
- Guide and support Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, providing clear direction, feedback and coaching to develop capability and maintain high team performance.
- Drive proactive media relations and press office activity, identifying opportunities and shaping stories that generate meaningful coverage.
- Confidently problem-solve and challenge thinking where needed, ensuring strategic integrity and pushing for the strongest possible client outcomes.
- Manage multiple priorities across fast-paced B2B technology accounts, maintaining strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Act as a collaborative team player and agency ambassador, contributing to wider team success and supporting internal initiatives and culture.
Experience that contributes to success:
- Proven experience at Senior Account Manager level (or equivalent) within a PR, communications or integrated agency environment.
- Strong track record working across B2B technology clients, including enterprise tech, SaaS, cloud, AI, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective media strategies that secure high-quality coverage and cut through in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology and cybersecurity media landscape, with the ability to identify and shape newsworthy stories.
- Experience managing fast-paced client accounts, providing confident day-to-day counsel and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Established capability in leading and supporting teams, including mentoring Account Executives and developing junior talent.
- Strong writing, storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences.
- High levels of initiative, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
