The Burson Sport & Entertainment team works with the biggest brands and sponsors in these exciting and evolving industries. Working with clients including adidas, Gillette, Spotify and Activision, the team uses its diverse expertise and experiences to create work that delivers fame, drives conversation, and earns its place in culture.
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Senior Account Director to join the adidas and Spotify accounts and bring fresh energy and thinking to the team, with a specific focus on best-in-class media and social publisher expertise and insight. The role will involve both direct media & creator relations, as well as global hub responsibilities in planning and toolkit development. The right candidate will bring up-to-the-minute publisher & creator insight, and associated trends, confidence in developing client relationships and strong organisational skills to a dynamic team that strives to create memorable earned work for its clients.

- Drive an ambitious team

- Work with the creative team to concept and activate ideas that connect global brands to hyper local culture
- Create engaging assets and content for global and local storytelling
- Write strategic plans & striving for strong creative work

- Co-ordinate global and local events
Experience that contributes to success:
- Experience of landing brands into UK football and music culture and niches preferred.
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Proven track record in creating & activating impactful campaigns for big brands
- Strong media & creator landscape understanding (UK in particular) and strong media relations experience
- Strong client handling and leadership skills; from design to delivery of campaigns/projects
- Proficient in preparing and managing budgets
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, particularly under pressure
- Global communications experience is a prerequisite for this role
