As a Creative Director, you will be a dynamic, commercially astute creative leader shaping earned-first ideas that drive cultural impact and brand fame. Working within our Creative Strategy & Direction (CS&D) team, you will partner with fellow Creative Directors, Strategists and Creatives, with a particular focus on our Brand, Sports & Entertainment portfolio. Leading a small team of creatives, you will champion bold thinking and deliver conversation-driving work for world-class clients including adidas, Spotify, Meta and Gillette, crafting ideas that thrive across earned, social and cultural spaces.
You will bring a sharp understanding of what drives culture and earned conversation in today’s fast-moving landscape, drawing on modern creative references and insights that shape Gen Z culture and social media behaviour. Passionate about social and deeply connected to youth audiences, you will know how to translate cultural moments into strategically sharp, socially fluent, and creatively brave ideas. With an exceptional eye for art direction and a proven track record of industry-leading campaigns, you will inspire and guide your team to push boundaries and deliver work that achieves both creative excellence and real-world impact.
