More About The Role
We are looking for an agile Account Executive with a proven track record in consumer earned media and content. You should have a passion for creative and exciting campaigns and be curious about new media, platforms and content. You’ll join the busy Consumer & Brand team at an exciting time with new leadership and a focus on excellence in communications, winning industry awards and designing cut‑through earned creative that helps build reputation.
What You’ll Do
- Be passionate about storytelling and keen to help ideate compelling earned ideas for clients that can live across channels.
- Be across the publishing landscape and can support on regular monitoring of client and competitor news.
- Possess good writing skills that can be honed to create client written materials to a high standard.
- Establish media, talent and influencer relationships in the UK consumer and lifestyle space, ready to manage pro‑active and reactive media requests, and to pitch stories.
- Support on content creation; infographics and social media posts, demonstrating an understanding of the differences in style, tone and content.
- Keen to learn and leverage internal web and social analytics monitoring tools (such as Signal and Brandwatch – training provided).
- Assist with and attend client events and content shoots, which may require travel within the UK.
- Host and work alongside multiple clients regularly in the agency office.
- Be part of a large client integrated agency network, with regular community interactions and experiences.
- Develop a basic understanding of the administrative and financial functions of account handling and contribute to these.
- Research new business opportunities within existing client remits and help with the preparation of proposals, visuals, research and presentations.
