More about the role: Burson Finance UK is looking for a highly organised and process driven individual to join our busy London team. If you are someone looking to work in a finance environment, someone with bags of initiative and a very organised approach to work, and a great team player this could be the job for you!
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the setup and management of client and internal projects, partnering with finance teams across local and global offices.
- Manage employee record updates using weekly Starters, Leavers and Changes reports provided by the People team.
- Support employees with troubleshooting and resolving finance system queries and issues.
- Collaborate with the Maconomy Systems Administrator on system enhancements, upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation and project data with a high level of precision.
- Help ensure compliance with SOX controls, policies and internal procedures.
- Provide responsive day-to-day support across the finance team on a range of operational tasks.
- Contribute to improving processes and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.
