As an Account Executive for Social & Content, you support day-to-day social campaigns and client communications while learning best practices in content and client service.
You will help plan, create, and edit social content, coordinate calendars, and monitor performance to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Assist day-to-day management of social media campaigns and client communications
- Research social trends, formats, and cultural moments for content planning
- Create and edit social content (copywriting, basic filming, video editing) for multiple platforms
- Develop and deliver social content calendars and campaign activations
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, capture notes, and track follow-ups
- Monitor campaign performance, perform social listening, and derive insights with analytics tools
- Produce visually engaging reports and presentations communicating results and recommendations
- Support account administration, project tracking, budgeting, and new business opportunities
- Key requirements
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, formats, and platform-specific best practices
- Experience creating social-first content including copywriting, filming and editing for digital channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Interest in social media trends, internet culture, and the broader digital marketing landscape
- Analytical mindset with interest in social listening, reporting, and interpreting performance data
