More about the role: We’re looking for a Senior Experiential (3D) Creative with 10+ years creative industry experience. You’ll take a key role in the entire process of creating experiential projects from creative concepting through to production information, making sure our Studio’s creative excellence and client’s vision is brought to life accurately. You create engaging brand experiences that connect audiences to a client’s message, product, or service across physical and digital environments. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and execution leadership.
Core to your role is shaping how people feel, move, and interact within a space. You begin by reviewing project briefs and aligning on brand objectives, audience goals, and spatial requirements to establish a strong conceptual foundation. From there, you develop and present design concepts to clients, clearly articulating the vision and incorporating feedback into thoughtful revisions. You coordinate closely with vendors and production partners to ensure designs are feasible and executed to specification, and you conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve on-site challenges. Overall, your day-to-day work balances creative ideation, design development, technical problem-solving, and hands-on execution to bring immersive environments to life.
You’ll build relationships across the wider agency and be capable of adapting to take on a variety of briefs that may require, for example, graphic or brand design expertise. Showing a willingness to ask questions which build a deep understanding of the task ahead.
About the team: In Studio, we create ideas and bring them to life. We’re a multi-disciplined team, creating content for integrated marketing campaigns, brand experiences and brand identity. We currently have a team of around 35; a mix of Creatives, Brand and Digital Designers, Editors and Content Producers and Creative Project Managers, supplemented by freelancers when specialist skills are needed or workload dictates. Everyone that succeeds here enjoys the diversity of clients and projects and is driven to do great work that will have a positive effect on our clients’ businesses.
Experience that contributes to success:
- Proven experience in experiential, exhibition, or environmental design, ideally delivering projects for consumer brands.
- Strong ability to develop and deliver creative concepts from initial ideation through to final execution, balancing innovation with brand guidelines.
- Expertise in creating concept sketches, 3D models, photorealistic renders, and technical design drawings to communicate and realise design ideas.
- Proficiency in 3D design and visualisation software (e.g. Vectorworks, Cinema4D, 3ds Max, SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, motion, AV, production, and communications specialists, to deliver integrated brand experiences.
- Sound understanding of materials, fabrication methods, production processes, and sustainable design principles, with a focus on modularity and reuse.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently, manage feedback, articulate design rationale, and build trusted relationships.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects, managing stakeholder expectations, identifying risks, and supporting new business pitches and proposals.
