More about the role: As a Senior Manager, you elevate our measurement and analytics from reporting to strategic counsel. You will lead more complex programmes, designing bespoke frameworks and delivering deep-dive analyses that directly inform client strategy. You will build strong relationships with senior clients, helping them understand not just what happened, but why it happened and what they should do next.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement sophisticated measurement and evaluation frameworks aligned with client business objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop actionable analytics strategies that translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Lead strategic performance reviews, presenting clear insights, trends, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign and business performance.
  • Integrate and leverage new data sources, including business data, brand tracking, and market research, to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement approaches are comprehensive, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
  • Contribute to new business development by designing measurement methodologies and analytics frameworks for proposals and pitches.
  • Mentor, coach, and support Managers and Analysts, fostering professional growth and strengthening team analytical expertise.

  • Deep expertise in leveraging data for strategic decision-making, performance measurement, and demonstrating quantifiable impact through insightful analysis.
  • Expertise and strategic understanding of the media landscape and its influence on culture, society, and consumer behaviour, with a keen interest in how PR campaigns shape public perception and drive brand engagement through insightful analysis.
  • Extensive experience leading the use of advanced traditional and social media monitoring and listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Traackr, Talkwalker, Signal AI, Meltwater), to gather strategic intelligence.
  • Proven expertise in data visualization and ability to craft compelling data stories for executive audiences.
  • A track record of staying abreast of emerging data analysis techniques and advanced analytical tools that drive actionable insights, and leading their adoption within an organization.
  • Exceptional strategic analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills, with a laser focus on delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
