We are looking for additional inspirational Lecturers to take on exciting new roles within our Maths department.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach on GCSE resit courses and functional skills;
- Contribute to aspirational teaching, learning and assessment;
- Keep accurate records for learners’ progress in College.
Key Person Specification Requirements
- Degree;
- Teacher trained (PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd) or working towards;
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths (or equivalent);
- Ability to teach another subject would be advantageous;
- Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements;
- Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
- Experience of working in Further Education;
- Up-to-date occupational experience;
- Enhanced DBS check.

Anyone joining the College will be part of a Lecturer Development Programme which provides staff with a range of support and training based on previous experience and individual need.
