Burrow Down Support Services are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support our Supported Living and Residential Services across Torquay, Brixham and Paignton. The successful candidate will support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism while helping to lead teams and maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
Main Duties:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of services
- Staff supervision, support and performance management
- Managing rotas and staffing levels
- Participating in the on-call rota
- Supporting CQC compliance and inspections
- Liaising with MDT professionals, external agencies and families
- Promoting person-centred care and positive outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience within Supported Living or Residential Care
- Knowledge and understanding of Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Previous senior or leadership experience desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- NVQ L3 or working towards
