Temporary Administrator (3-Month Contract)
Location: Torquay, Devon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Burrow Down Support Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract based in Torquay.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
- Managing paperwork, filing, and administrative records
- Providing general office administration support
- Assisting with HR administration, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties
Essential Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with visitors, clients, and telephone enquiries
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Desirable Requirements
- Previous HR administration experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
