Role – Support Worker – Learning Disabilities and Autism
Shifts: 8am‑8pm
Contract: 36 hours per week

The Day-to-day Duties:
- Supporting our customers to develop independence and life skills.
- Assisting our customers to achieve daily goals.
- Assisting with the development of person‑centred plans for our customers.
- Supporting our customers in undertaking daily activities to include employment, education and other opportunities.
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
- Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence.
