Team Leader / Supervisor B Kitchen is a fast growing company that works in partnership with Tesco supermarkets. We are looking for people who can work as part of a team helping bake all our pastries, prepare our salad bar products, and our delicious burritos.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Be in charge of all food safety policies
  • Place orders
  • Always keep our brand standards

We offer a full-time contract with mostly Monday to Friday shifts starting at 6am. Weekend availability will sometimes be needed.

You might be a good fit if you have a hands-on approach, problem solving skills, ability to lead the kitchen team to ensure all prep is done on time and all policies are implemented consistently, a professional attitude, and an encouraging approach when leading your team.

We pay monthly into your bank account. Once you are fully signed off as a supervisor, you can earn up to £300 quarterly bonus based on audit score, sales, and company culture targets.
