About the Company
Our client has been established for over 40 years and has become the largest and leading UK distributor of promotional wear and leisure clothing. With a head office in North Wales and operations across Europe, the business offers a diverse range of products and operates within a fast-growing industry. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Executive, who has a good knowledge of digital marketing, experience in marketing communications and a creative thought process. With a full understanding and experience of the marketing mix, you will deliver concise campaigns effectively and to deadlines.
Key Duties
- Managing and implementing marketing campaigns across the stakeholders and customers
- Executing various marketing communications projects across multiple channels
- Improving our digital content across all channels and looking to increase KPIs on followers and engagement
- Create and maintain engaging content across all campaigns, to suit each channel
- Content idea generation based on previous data and research
- Analyse performance across all platforms and report to management on findings and any suggestions to improve performance
- Ensuring our marketing communications are aligned with the sales team and they are fully kept aware of our plans and campaigns
- Digital and marketing development and distribution
- Building content calendars that ensure the right content is pushed out through the right channels and at the right time
- Planning developing and copywriting/storyboarding content in all formats
- Inputting into the generation of ideas for further marketing development
- Managing social media platforms, content creation and liaising with the social agency
- Assisting with photoshoots and event prep, setup/takedown and attending events when required
Core Competencies
- A minimum of 2 years experience working within a Marketing Executive role
- Graduate status preferred within a Marketing related subject
- B2B experience preferred
- Experience of marketing communications, digital marketing and creative thought process
- Established track record in creating successful marketing campaigns from inception to finish
- Proven track record in managing a brand online and creating and implementing digital strategy and design concepts
- A good understanding of digital marketing and able to deliver on all types of creative content (images, videos, GIFs, webinars, sales collateral etc.)
- Experience and examples of exposure to all levels of marketing
- Demonstrated research skills to develop, write and produce both written and video content
